Privacy notice

This notice explains what Customer Recovery AI ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing website and its early-access form. It does not cover the Customer Recovery AI product itself, which will have its own terms and privacy notice before it handles real customer information.
What we collect
When you submit the early-access form, we collect:
- your business name, your name and your email address;
- the type of business you choose from the list;
- anything you write in the optional message box;
- that you agreed to this notice, and when.
To protect the form from spam and abuse, we also briefly keep a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your internet address. It can't be turned back into your address, and we delete it within 24 hours. We don't store your internet address itself with your request.
Please don't include information about your own customers in the message box. We don't need it and we don't want to store it.
How we use it
- to reply to you about early access to Customer Recovery AI;
- to understand which kinds of businesses are interested, so we can plan the pilot;
- to keep the form free of spam and abuse.
We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't load third-party tracking scripts. The form's spam check, Cloudflare Turnstile, loads only when you start using the form. It checks that a person, not a bot, is filling in the form, and processes limited technical information to do so.
Who processes your information
The website and form run on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages, runs the spam check and stores form submissions in a database on our behalf. Cloudflare may process information in the United States and other countries. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy and the Turnstile privacy addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access requests for up to 12 months, then delete them automatically. If you become a pilot customer, we'll explain how any new information is handled at that time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Reply to any email we send you, or send a new request through the form saying what you'd like us to do. We'll respond within 30 days. Submitting the form is voluntary; if you'd rather not, simply don't send it.
Security
Requests are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a private database that isn't publicly accessible. Only the people running Customer Recovery AI can read them. No method of storing information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This website is for businesses and isn't intended for children under 16.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already sent, we'll tell you before it applies.
