Invite-only pilot · Early access

Follow up on every missed call, without the scramble.

Customer Recovery AI helps service businesses reply to missed callers by text. You get a suggested follow-up to review, safeguards for opt-outs and quiet hours, and customer replies organized into appointment requests you can confirm.

Honest status: we're in an invite-only pilot using fictional data. The product does not send real texts yet.

The Customer Recovery AI lead inbox on a phone, showing a missed call from a fictional customer and a suggested follow-up text ready for review.

When you can't pick up, the next move is theirs.

Service businesses miss calls for ordinary reasons. A caller who can't reach you may simply try the next company on the list. A quick, polite text keeps the conversation going until you can talk.

You're on a job

Hands full, phone in the van. The call goes to voicemail, if the caller leaves one at all.

It's after hours

Calls arrive when nobody's at the desk. Texting back late at night isn't welcome either.

Follow-ups slip

Between jobs, it's easy to forget who called and what they needed.

How it works

Four steps, with a person in charge of every message.

  1. A missed call is logged

The caller, time and any voicemail note appear in your inbox.

    Simulated in the pilot
  2. A reply is suggested

A friendly follow-up is drafted from the call details. Today this uses built-in templates; AI-written drafts are planned.

  3. You review and send

Nothing goes out without a person. The first text names your business and includes "Reply STOP to opt out."

  4. Replies become appointments

When a customer suggests a time, it becomes an appointment request you confirm or decline.

Built carefully from the start

Every feature below works today in the demo or the pilot. We'll tell you when something is simulated.

Human review before sending

Suggested texts are drafts. A staff member reviews, edits and sends each one.

Opt-outs respected

STOP and similar replies block further texts; START opts back in. Consent changes are kept as a history, and in the pilot the database itself blocks texts to opted-out customers.

Quiet hours

Texts are held back late at night and early in the morning, using your business's time zone in the pilot.

Appointment requests

Times mentioned in replies, like "Friday at 2pm", become requests you can confirm or decline.

Private workspaces

Each business's customers and conversations are kept separate, enforced by database security rules.

Invite-only accounts

Pilot accounts are created by invitation, with verified email, password reset and "sign out everywhere".

See the demo

A 34-second walkthrough of our browser demo. Everything shown uses fictional people and phone numbers, and nothing is sent to a real phone.

Silent screen recording with on-screen captions (0:34). A missed call arrives, a suggested reply is reviewed and sent, the customer replies with a time, and staff confirm the appointment.

Read the walkthrough as text
  1. The demo opens with fictional sample data. A banner says everything is simulated.
  2. A missed call is simulated. The caller's voicemail mentions a leaking water heater.
  3. A follow-up text is suggested, labelled "Template engine (demo)", with a short note explaining why.
  4. A staff member sends it. The first text includes "Reply STOP to opt out."
  5. The fictional customer replies with a time, which becomes a pending appointment request.
  6. The staff member confirms it and the appointment shows as booked.
  7. The settings page lists the quiet-hours and opt-out safeguards.

Questions

Can I use Customer Recovery AI today?

Not with real customers yet. We're running an invite-only pilot with fictional data while we finish real texting, phone-system connections and privacy controls. Request early access to join.

Does it send real text messages?

No, not yet. In the demo and the pilot, every text is simulated: nothing reaches a real phone. Real texting is planned and will keep the same opt-out and quiet-hours safeguards.

Where does the AI come in?

Today, suggested replies come from built-in templates and simple rules that recognize things like STOP or a requested time. We plan to add AI-written drafts, and a person will still review every message before it's sent. Opt-out handling will always use fixed rules, not AI.

Which businesses is it for?

Service businesses that book appointments by phone, like plumbers, electricians, HVAC and cleaning companies. If that's not you but you're interested, tell us about your business in the form.

Will it make my texts legally compliant?

It includes safeguards such as opt-out handling, opt-out instructions on the first text, quiet hours and human review. These are helpful defaults, not legal advice. You remain responsible for following texting rules, so please check your obligations with a qualified professional.

What happens to the details I send?

We store them securely and only use them to reply about early access. We don't sell them, and we delete inquiries after 12 months. Read the privacy notice for details.
